As well as Belfield, Glenn currently serves as Chair of four private equity backed businesses.
Following an MBA and Chartered Accounting business apprenticeship, Glenn spent the first thirteen years of his career in the corporate finance and strategy advisory and consulting world, latterly as a partner with PWC including five years. Thereafter, Glenn worked in two large corporate environments for five years, including as head of corporate Finance and strategy at what is now Diageo, as well as serving as an Operating Partner at a large private equity firm.
More recently, Glenn has served as CEO of five business over nineteen years, leading a number of successful realisations for private equity investors.
Chief Executive Officer
Gary is a qualified engineer and has spent all of his career in British manufacturing initially in Operations roles, then Sales and for the last 20 years senior Director and MD roles.
He has several successful MBO’s under his belt and before joining Belfield was head of European Business Development for a FTSE 100 Group.
He joined Belfield in 2018 as Group Commercial Director and was appointed CEO effective January 1st 2019.
Chief Finance Officer
David is a chartered accountant who enjoyed a diverse career within Price Waterhouse before spending almost 30 years in various Finance Director/CFO roles under both public and private ownership, mainly in manufacturing companies including United Biscuits, Next Dimension and Grampian Country Food Group.
He was Finance Director of The Vita Group from 2011 for seven years before joining Belfield, driving sustained earnings improvement and taking them through several corporate finance, pensions and ownership changes.
Divisional Managing Director, Upholstery
Nigel joined Belfield in 2004 as joint MD of Westbridge.
He has deep expertise in the furniture business. Prior to joining Belfield Group he worked for Christie-Tyler and then became managing director of Deeside Furniture.
Divisional Managing Director, Mattress
Paul worked for Vitafoam for 20 years before joining Belfield as works director of Duflex.
He became managing director in 2009.
He has a Bachelor of Science, with Hons, from Leeds University.
