A £17m-turnover furniture maker which has been trading in the North West for almost five decades has been acquired by a NorthEdge Capital-backed counterpart. A £132m-turnover manufacturer and wholesaler of furniture, which supplies the likes of Next and John Lewis, has been acquired in a private equity-backed management buyout (MBO).
